I don’t coach from theory. I coach from lived experience, a trauma-informed, nervous-system awareness, and deep respect for the process of becoming.

This work isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about helping you learn to stop abandoning yourself and how to lean into authenticity.

Through my own journey that left me with gaps of uncertainty even after “doing the work,” I developed The V.I.B.E. as a way to return to the present moment, dismantle resistance, and move from a place of alignment rather than urgency.

It isn’t a personality to adopt or a performance to perfect. It’s an embodiment framework, a calibration that helps you clarify what truly matters, rebuild self-trust through lived evidence, and prioritize experience over outcomes.

The V.I.B.E. gets you grounded in what I call The Infinite Now, not longing for attainment, but consciously participating in the ritual of becoming.
